Fabio Lima
 
 
Fabio Lima was born in Rio de Janeiro in 1981. He came to New York City in 1993 and started Jiu Jitsu under Renzo Gracie in 2004. In 2009 He started training with Marcelo Garcia until 2015 when he moved to Detroit to start the first Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Gym in the City of Detroit and the only Marcelo Garcia Association in Michigan. Fabio is a Marcelo Garcia black belt and he has competed in many competitions on the national and International stage.

Ramsey Beard
Ramsey Beards background includes wrestling, jiujitsu and boxing. He began wrestling in high school and completed his high school wrestling with All-State and All-County honors. He is also a NJCAA National qualifier. While in college he was taken under his wrestling coach Tom LeCuyer’s (2009 USA Grappling gold medalist, judo black belt, Bjj black belt under former World champion Miguel Torres) wing and won his first mma fight 3 weeks after the NJCAA National tournament. He is a 2016 Detroit Diamond Glove champion and 2018 Detroit Golden Glove runner up. Currently has 20 + boxing fights under his belt along with a 5-0 Mma record. He is currently boxing under legendary fighter/coach Greg “Candyman” Couverson.
Mamoon Nagi
 Mamoon Nagi is an active competitor and a blue belt under Fabio Lima. He started training in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in April of 2017. Mamoon has an athletic background participated in a variety of sports ever since the age of six.
Randa Markos
Randa Markos has been a mixed martial artist most of her life.
She wrestled all through High School, wrestling on the high school team and on a travel team. Her biggest accomplishments were silver medal in the province of Ontario and a bronze medal at the Canadian National championships. Randa's love for wrestling got her interested in Jiu-Jitsu. With her wrestling background, she adapted and excelled quickly in Jiu-Jitsu. After two years of strictly training Jiu-Jitsu she moved forward in to MMA. After seven amateur fights, she decided to step into the cage of a professional. With a 4 and 1 record as a professional, the next step was to test her skills at the Ultimate Fighter tryouts season 20. After making the cut for The Ultimate Fighter, she went on to getting the biggest upset wins over two well-known fighters and making it to the semifinals. Since then she has had many exciting fights in the UFC and a big win over former champion, Carla Esparza. Randa is always working hard on improving her skills and knowledge in mixed martial arts. With her experience in mixed martial arts, she strongly believes that wrestling is necessity for Jiu-Jitsu and MMA. Randa is currently a purple belt under Fabio Lima.
Juan Zavala
Juan Zavala has been training exclusively in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu since 2010. He is a brown belt under Fabio Lima and has competed in multiple local tournaments. He enjoys working with new students and taking the time to study, breakdown, and explain fundamental techniques, especially those applicable to self defense.
Jesse Lowe
Jesse Lowe was born in Detroit in 1985. He started training JiuJitsu under Carlos “Caique” Elias,” Warrior Way/AMMA in 2010. In 2011, Jesse began teaching classes at AMMA. During 2015, he began training at Detroit’s 313 Brazilian JiuJitsu. In December 2017 Jesse Lowe received his brown belt under Fabio Lima. 
Shelby Norment
Shelby is currently a blue belt under Fabio Lima and enjoys competing regularly. She has a background in gymnastics and triathlon, including an Ironman finish in 2012. 
Ken Short
Ken Short is a purple belt instructor that has been training the art of Jiu-Jitsu since 2011. He has competed many times with with double silver medalists in no gi worlds and many gold and even double gold wins across the country. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his family, being outdoors and training Jiu-Jitsu.
Marcus Bonito
Marcus 'Cavacazinho' was born in São Paulo and was introduced to the 'Arte Suave' in 2010 by Mestre Greg Eldred ( Carlos 'Caique' Elias). He was awarded his Blue Belt by Mestre Tyrone Gooden (Rigan Machado). On February 2016 joined 313BJJ. He was awarded his Purple Belt by Masters Fabio Lima and Zander Heinen.
