WHERE TO START

Walking into a Jiu Jitsu class can be very intimidating to say the least. Here at 313 Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, we like to keep our egos off the mat. We want to provide everyone with a clean, safe, and friendly environment to learn and train.

If this is your first time training, there are a few things you should know.

STEP 1

Intro class

The intro class will take 30-45 minutes. Attire for the intro class is what you would wear to the gym to workout in. (Shorts, shirt, yoga pants, etc.)

STEP 2

Gi

If you decide you would like to pursue your jiu jitsu journey, we ask that you purchase a gi, which is the outfit we train in. We sell them at the gym for $100.

STEP 3

Sign-up!

We offer a variety of different pricing options as well as discounts for vets, DPD, DFD, and federal law enforcement. You can sign-up for drop-in class via the Momence platform, and/or sign-up with a membership plan.

STEP 4

Learn

We ask that you try and come to class at least 3x a week, but ultimately only you know what your body can handle. We offer classes M-F and open mat on Saturday and Sunday. Open mat is for sparring and drilling. We ask that newer white belts drill only until an instructor deems them ready to spar.
